Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Almost every purchased from RUDE SOCIETY are eligible for a full refund if returned within our 14 days of purchase. You will have up to 14 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.
A number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned or exchange for health or hygiene reasons, such as jewelry, swimwear or lingerie.

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW


☆ Option One
In all invoices is an easy breezy step return guide.
1. In your invoice, mark the item you wish to return & please tell us the reason you're returning.
2.Re-pack the items and the delivery note in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Take your package to any shipping company of your choice.
4. Return your order to: contact customer service for the address hello@rudesociety.mx

(*Be aware that if you choose to return your item back using this service , the returns costs are to be paid by the customer.)

 

☆Option two
Send us an email to sales@rudesociety.mx with the following information.
1. The order number
2. The name of the item that you are returning
3. The reason you're returning
In the following hours we will be sending you an email with the steps to follow.

 

☆Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

☆Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

☆Late or missing refunds
Returns do take us 4-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@rudesociety.mx.

 

☆Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

☆Exchange 
We will replace items if they are defective or damage,
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rudesociety.mx .
