Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO
Estos términos y condiciones (los “Términos y Condiciones”) tienen por objeto regular el acceso a y/o uso de la página de internet www.rudesociety.mx desarrollada por y propiedad exclusiva de Rude Society, S.A.S. de C.V. (la “Sociedad”).
Al acceder y/o usar esta Página Web, Usted (el Usuario) reconoce y acepta que ha leído, ha aceptado y se obliga a cumplir con todos y cada uno de los Términos y Condiciones aquí establecidos. Lo anterior, en el entendido de que el Usuario reconoce y acepta que la Sociedad se reserva, con o sin previo aviso: (i) el derecho de modificar en cualquier momento, en todo o en parte, estos Términos y Condiciones, así como cualesquiera otros que resulten aplicables; (ii) el derecho de suspender o interrumpir temporal o definitivamente el funcionamiento de esta Página Web; y (iii) suspender, restringir o negar el acceso al Usuario en cualquier momento y por cualquier causa, con sujeción a estos Términos y Condiciones.

1. Descripción de esta Página Web y sus Contenidos
El Usuario reconoce que la Sociedad ofrece sus bienes y/o productos al Usuario, generando una relación comercial y legal entre el Usuario y la Sociedad. Por tal razón, el Usuario reconoce y acepta que todas las transacciones de compra de bienes y/o productos que realiza en la página serán a su cuenta y cargo (los “Productos”). Los precios aplicables a los Productos (los “Precios”) son determinadas exclusivamente a discreción de la Sociedad al Usuario a través de esta Página, realizando el cargo correspondiente al Medio de Pago, una vez que el Servicio solicitado haya sido prestado, según corresponda, por el Proveedor al Usuario. Las facturas respectivas estarán a disposición de y podrán ser consultadas por el Usuario a través de la Página Web o directamente en las oficinas de la Sociedad, conforme a la información indicada por el Usuario a través de la Página Web.

La Sociedad, preocupada por ofrecer una Página Web confiable y de calidad a todos sus Usuarios, procura revisar y actualizar de tiempo en tiempo los elementos que conforman el contenido de esta Página Web. No obstante lo anterior, la Sociedad apoyará al Usuario únicamente para ponerlo en contacto para reclamar ante el Proveedor, las indemnizaciones que, en su caso, correspondan conforme a la ley normatividad aplicable, así como para darle seguimiento a dicha reclamación. i) El Proveedor, enunciativa y no limitativamente, será el único responsable de y, por tanto, se obliga a sacar en paz y mantener a salvo a la Sociedad y/o, en su caso, al Usuario por, cualesquiera: (i) incumplimientos del Proveedor relacionados con la prestación o entrega de los Servicios , (ii) delitos y/o daños en contra del Usuario o terceros, cometidos por el Proveedor o su personal o colaboradores o terceros, (iii) delitos y/o daños contra la propiedad o los bienes del Usuario o de terceros como consecuencia de la prestación de los Servicios, cometidos por el Proveedor o supersonal o colaboradores o terceros.

9. Derechos de Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual / Cumplimiento Normativo
Los Contenidos de esta Página Web que haga referencia a los Productos ofrecidos por la Sociedad son propiedad de esta y en caso de que no sea así, aparece con la autorización de los titulares de los derechos correspondientes. Por tanto, los derechos sobre dicho contenido se encuentran protegidos por las leyes mexicanas aplicables y/o por el derecho internacional. Asimismo se encuentran protegidos los derechos sobre la marca “Rude Society”, el (los) logotipo(s) que la identifican (no importando sus colores, tipos de representaciones gráficas, forma, tamaños u otras características) y cualquier otra palabra y cualquier otro elemento que sirva para distinguir los servicios tales como siluetas, imágenes, marcas, lemas publicitarios, videos o cualesquiera otros elementos de las empresas de la Sociedad, que se encuentren contenidos actualmente o se inserten en el futuro en esta Página Web. Por tanto, ninguno de dichos elementos puede ser utilizado sin el previo permiso por escrito de su(s) titular(es), quedando por tanto prohibida su reproducción, modificación, distribución, transmisión, re-publicación, exhibición o ejecución, así como cualquier otro uso del contenido de esta Página Web en alguna otra página de Internet, red informática y de otra forma, incluso en la publicidad y anuncios en relación con la conformación de esta Página Web.
